Plume Restaurant has its own discrete function room, called Rengarenga, a light-filled space offering views to the gardens and beyond. It’s the perfect setting for your special event – large or small. up to 80 people can be catered for seated in this room, or up to 130 seated if we combine this with the adjoining restaurant. We can cater for even larger groups of up to 180 people cocktail style on a cocktail and buffet combination. If you’re planning a wedding, your ultimate day deserves a very special environment, in a stunning location.

Your wedding party and guests will enjoy splendid accommodation in our private villas and our acclaimed restaurant will provide the perfect menu to complement an excellent selection of wines from our very own vineyard, Runner Duck Estate. With our beautiful gardens, your wedding party and photographer need not venture very far to capture those enduring images of your most memorable day. There are backdrops aplenty and all are devoid of the distracting elements you’d find in a town or city.

Whatever the private occasion, celebration, anniversary or re-union families can make themselves at home here knowing that everything is taken care of. Businesses can conduct product launches or host private functions away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. A captive audience is a more attentive one, freed from the usual distractions by a little healthy distance from their offices. Overnight stays or multi-day events are made possible by our 12 villas, offering boutique luxury accommodation on the same site.
Conferences and business events
With the adjoining Wine Library available as an inner sanctum or break out room for 12 people, your executive team or business unit group of up to 80 can work in a spacious and relaxed environment. The Rengarenga conference room is large enough to separate individual work groups, yet small enough to address all without voice amplification.
These spaces are private and quiet for matters confidential, yet only yards away from our restaurant facilities, when it’s time to break for lunch, drinks or an evening meal. We can supply morning and afternoon teas and hot or cold beverages
are available. Overnight stays or multiday events are made possible by our 12 villas, boutique luxury accommodation on the same site.
For even larger gatherings, we can network with local accommodation providers to host any overflow requirement beyond Plume Villas room capacity.
